Welcome to Stroller Sweat! This 45-minute class is the perfect blend of strength and cardio, designed specifically for parents and their babies.
Led by a pre and postnatal fitness instructor, Stroller Sweat is suitable for all fitness levels and can be tailored to accommodate any injuries or exercise restrictions.
Unlike other high-intensity classes, Stroller Sweat focuses on functional, low-impact movements such as squats, lunges, presses, rows, and core work. We utilize body weight, bands, and benches.
Best of all, your baby will be parked right next to you throughout the workout, so you can double dip on your fitness and childcare needs.
All you need is your yoga mat and water—we'll provide the rest of the equipment.
Bethany Welch's passion for fitness has been a lifelong pursuit, evolving from a single run with a close friend into a decade-long journey of discovery and learning about the human body and its capabilities.
As an experienced fitness coach, Bethany has empowered thousands pf individuals to achieve their fitness goals, delivering comprehensive programs at highly regarded boutique establishments such as Flywheel Sports and Orange Theory Fitness.
Bethany's expertise spans across different areas of fitness, including running, strength training, and endurance sports. She founded Keep the Pace Run Club to create a supportive community for runners of all levels who aspire to run any distance.
As a personal trainer, Bethany tailors programs to the unique needs of each individual, guiding them towards their fitness aspirations.
Bethany is a testament to her training philosophy as she continuously challenges her own physical limits. She has completed multiple marathons, including the World Marathon Majors in Chicago and New York, and a 100-mile ultramarathon, amongst many other endurance events. Her most recent endurance event is motherhood!

Park your stroller, and we'll sweat! These classes are specifically designed for parents on childcare duty, and want to workout.
All classes will be challenging, yet doable, and meet you where you are in your fitness journey. All you need is a water bottle, yoga mat and towel.
Yes! It is safe for your baby to be present in the fitness class. We design our classes with your baby's safety in mind, and we provide a baby-friendly environment that is conducive to exercise. Additionally, Bethany is perinatal certified, and will be sensitive to the needs of both you and your baby.
You should bring a baby carrier or a stroller to the fitness class for your baby. Jogging stroller is not necessary as we will not be running with your babies. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water for you, and a few toys or a blanket to keep your baby comfortable and entertained during the class.
We understand that babies can be unpredictable, and it is normal for them to become fussy during the class. If your baby becomes fussy, we encourage you to take a break from the exercise and tend to your baby's needs. You can also use this as an opportunity to connect with other moms in the class, and they may even have some helpful tips to share with you.
